The above Exhibition is currently running till the 27th February and is well worth a visit .It is taking place at the Auld Kirk Museum, Cowgate, Kirkintilloch G66 1HN and admission is free. It is open Tuesdays through to Saturdays from 10.00 till 13.00 and then 14.00 till 17.00
Members who have their own Galleries, and achieved 1st,2nd, 3rd, Highly Commended or Commended in the above competitions, have had their Galleries updated. These latest images appear at the top of members respective Galleries. Remember Jack is readily available to create new or update existing Galleries.

We were joined by Guest Speaker David Queenan talking on the theme of Time For Photography. His excellent presentation was mainly landscape photography with the emphasis on staying local to make the best use of spare time to fit photography around a busy work and family schedule. https://dqphotography.com/about

On the 14th we had our annual Black & White Competition which was expertly adjudicated by Judge Dr David Sadler.
Tuesday 7th January is not only our first meeting of the New Year but also the deadline date for the above competition. Photoentry is open and ready for all your entries!
Congratulations go to George Robertson for winning ‘Best Male Portrait Taken On A Location Event 2024. This is a storey telling image of Paul as a grumpy RAF officer on the Masters of the Air Session Day at Hangar42 in Blackpool last September. This is the second year running that George has won this particular award. See also the National Recognition Section.
