How to organise hybrid Zoom meetings for clubs

Our club secretary, Malcolm Boddie, has prepared and tested a very extensive guide on how to ticket and operate hybrid zoom meetings, in which a limited number of  people attend in person whilst others join in online via zoom.  The committee is very grateful to Malcolm for his efforts and hope that other clubs might benefit from his document.
