On the 26th we hosted our 2nd Club Competition for Prints and PDIs. On the evening we were joined by guest judge Guy Phillips who gave an excellent and constructive critique of all our entries. Results are now published in the Competitions Section.
Congratulations and a special shout out goes to Jacki Clark and Iqbal Bedi who now have their own Galleries up and running in the Galleries Section. Jacki and Iqbal both joined the Club at the start of the 2024/5 season.

On Tuesday 12th November Elaine secured the services of Paul who delivered an excellent presentation titled My Journey In To Wildlife Photography. During the first half Paul delivered a stunning portfolio of wildlife images from numerous environments across the globe. On the 19th we were be joined by Guest Speaker Stan Farrow via Zoom. Stan covered the many aspects of Abstract Photography. He commenced with references to some of the great abstract photographers of the past before moving on to providing guidance on how to create our own abstract images. He displayed a wide array of images some of which would do well in Photographic competitions whilst others would do equally well in Art Competitions https://www.stanfarrowphotography.co.uk
