Tuesday 16th heralded in the start of the 2025/6 programme of new meetings at the Club. This meeting focused around the introduction of our new members with each committee member talking about their role and how that works – eg Competitions, Website, Syllabus, Facebook, Finance and Club Outings, Role on the new season!

Well done to Lynne Watson and George Robertson. Their respective images, Life on the Edge & Dawn at Lochan na h-Achlaise, were both shortlisted in the Landscape Category of APOY 2025. The images can be viewed in the National Recognition Section.
Following on from Malcolm’s recent email, the new contact list for the coming season is now available within the Members Area of the Website. The list is likely to be refreshed as we expect to welcome further new members to the club over the next few weeks.
Final arrangements have been sent out to participants earlier today for our inaugural golf day. We have 3 early afternoon tee slots at Balmore GC on the above date. The main purpose of the event is to meet, mix and enjoy and get to know each other in a non photographic environment ( that doesn’t mean photos cannot be taken by the way !). The World Pipe Band Championships took place at Glasgow Green in mid September.
