Welcome to Milngavie and Bearsden Camera Club, a local community based group but also one of Scotland’s leading photographic societies. With over 70 members we comprise a unique blend of novice, amateur and professional photographers whose images give pleasure to members, the  community and beyond. In the past 24 months alone our images have gained official recognition throughout the UK, Europe, Canada and Scandinavia. In this respect special thanks go to George Robertson, Margaret Campbell, David Muir, Fiona Bryden, Norman McNab and Neil MacGregor. Weekly meetings are held on a Tuesday evening from September to May at 19.15 with a packed Syllabus provided by our Syllabus Secretary Elaine Prior. These dates are inclusive of  club competitions and inter-club competitions diligently organised and administered by our Competitions Secretary David Ritchie. For the coming season we are delighted to welcome Christina, Lily, Marie Anne, Maureen, Fiona, Calum and Colin to the Club and membership is still open to further members. In conjunction with making changes to our home page, in mid October 2024, we launched a separate section to the site titled MBCC News.
